AI for logistics and supply chain, without the paperwork.
Logistics runs on documents, status updates and exceptions. Autonomous systems read the paperwork, pursue the updates and resolve exceptions before they become delays.
The challenge
Where logistics work slows down.
Every shipment generates a trail of documents: bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs forms. They arrive as PDFs, photos and emails in every format and often in more than one language, and coordinators spend hours retyping them into a TMS or ERP.
On top of that comes the constant question, "where is my shipment?", from customers who would rather not wait for an email. Delays and exceptions are the moments that matter most, and they are the moments a busy team is least able to handle quickly.
What we build
Four logistics workflows we automate.
Each one is designed around your own systems and approvals. What stays with your people is stated up front.
Shipping documents
Extracts data from bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and customs forms into your TMS or ERP, checks documents against each other and flags mismatches before they reach customs.
Stays with peopleFinal customs declarations and any document the system marks as unclear.
Shipment status
Answers tracking questions instantly from your systems and carrier updates, and proactively tells customers about delays with a revised ETA.
Stays with peopleCompensation, claims and relationship calls on key accounts.
Carrier coordination
Requests and compares rate quotes, books capacity within your rules and follows up on confirmations until they arrive.
Stays with peopleCarrier selection on strategic lanes and rate negotiation.
Freight audit
Checks carrier invoices against contracts and rate cards, and flags overcharges with the evidence needed to recover them.
Stays with peopleDispute conversations and contract decisions.
Where to start
A first system for logistics, with authority earned.
A good first system is shipping-document extraction paired with shipment status. Both draw on the same data, both are easy to verify against source documents, and both remove work coordinators dislike. The system starts at Level 2, preparing every entry for approval. Extraction accuracy is measured against your own historical documents before it is ever allowed to post on its own.
Freight audit is a strong follow-on. It reads invoices continuously and its findings come with their evidence, so finance can accept or reject each one quickly.
Autonomy is a dial, not a switch: every system advances through five levels only as quickly as measured performance allows. See how authority is earned, and how we design for Thailand.
Governance
Guardrails for logistics, built in from the first week.
Source-linked extraction
Every extracted field is traceable to the page and position it came from, so a reviewer can verify it in seconds.
Booking and rate limits
Capacity is booked only within the rates, carriers and amounts you approve in advance.
Customer messages in your voice
Delay notices follow templates and tone you define, and sensitive cases route to an account owner.
Questions
Logistics, answered.
Can it read documents in several languages?
Yes. It reads documents in Thai, English and other major languages, including scans and photos, and it flags anything it cannot read with confidence for a person.
Does it replace our TMS or ERP?
No. It works inside the systems you already run, reading from and writing to them under scoped permissions.
How do you protect against wrong data entering the system?
Extraction is checked against rules and cross-checked between documents, anything uncertain is escalated, and early deployments run with a person approving each entry.
