Pricing and engagement

Priced against value, not hours.

Most engagements are a fixed-scope build followed by a monthly fee to operate and extend the system. We set the price against the value measured during mapping, so the return is clear before anything is built.

Estimate your capacity

How pricing works

Three steps, in this order.

We do not publish a price list, because the scope of a function varies widely. What we do publish is how the price is built, so nothing about it is a surprise.

Step 1

A value map first

Every engagement begins with a map of the capacity, cost and revenue at stake. If the economics do not hold, we say so and we do not build.

Step 2

A fixed-scope build

We specify what the system owns, what it may decide and where people approve, then build and test it against your real historical cases for a fixed scope and fee.

Step 3

A monthly operating fee

We monitor, evaluate and extend the system month by month, and report the value it returns, against the baseline we recorded in mapping.

Engagement models

Begin with evidence. Scale with confidence.

Three ways to work with us, each priced against measured value.

Proving ground

Evidence in four weeks

One high-value workflow, made autonomous on your own data, ending in a clear decision based on measured results.

  • Value map and system blueprint
  • One production-grade system
  • Evaluation report with ROI
  • Fixed scope and fee
Most complete

Managed autonomy

We build and operate it

We build, run and extend your autonomous systems, and report each month on the capacity and revenue they return.

  • Everything in Proving ground
  • Multiple functions and integrations
  • Continuous monitoring and tuning
  • Outcome reporting and quarterly reviews

Autonomous enterprise

Organization-wide autonomy

A coordinated program across functions, with governance, identity integration and deployment designed around your security requirements.

  • Cross-function architecture
  • Dedicated engineering team
  • Custom security and data residency
  • Service levels and executive reporting

What shapes the price

Six things that move the scope.

Two functions that sound alike can differ a great deal in effort. These are the factors we size during mapping.

_01_

Systems and integrations

How many systems the work crosses, such as CRM, ERP, accounting, inboxes and messaging channels, and how open each one is to integration.

_02_

Volume and variety

How many cases a month, and how varied they are. Messy inputs and frequent exceptions take more design and more testing.

_03_

Languages and channels

Whether the system works in Thai, English or more, and across LINE, web chat, email or voice.

_04_

Approvals and authority

The number of approval gates and the level of autonomy you want, from Level 2 to Level 4.

_05_

Security and data requirements

Identity integration, data residency and any regulatory expectations in your sector. See Security.

_06_

How much we operate

The monitoring, evaluation and reporting cadence you want after launch, and how many functions we extend over time.

Predictable cost

Engineered so that costs do not escalate.

Gartner expects more than 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, with escalating costs among the reasons. We engineer against it from the first week: each step is routed to the most efficient capable model, cached and capped, so the cost of every outcome is known in advance and declines over time. Read why most agentic AI projects stall.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

Do you publish prices?

No, because scope varies too much for a single price list to be honest. Tell Primues which function you are considering and it will outline the shape of an engagement, and our team will scope it with you. The price is set against the value we measure in mapping.

Is it a subscription or a project?

Typically both: a fixed-scope build followed by a monthly fee to operate and extend the system. The build is a defined project with a fixed scope and fee. The monthly fee covers monitoring, evaluation, improvement and reporting.

What do I get from a proving ground?

One high-value workflow made autonomous on your own data in about four weeks, with a value map, a system blueprint, one production-grade system and an evaluation report with ROI, so that you can decide on measured results.

Can I estimate the value before talking to you?

Yes. The capacity estimate on our home page gives an indicative figure from four inputs. During mapping, we validate it against your own data before anything is built.

What if the economics do not work for my case?

Then we say so and we do not build. A value map that shows a weak return is a useful result, and it costs far less than a failed project. For simple, low-risk tasks, building with your own tools may be the better choice. See managed AI vs DIY automation.
