Platform
Every function, rebuilt around autonomy.
We design each system around how a function really operates, connect it to the software you already run and hold it to the outcomes your leadership already measures.
Revenue without latency.
The revenue system captures every signal, researches every account and responds within a minute. Your people spend their time where it matters: in the conversations that close.
- QualificationEvery inbound enquiry scored against your ideal customer profile and routed in seconds.
- Account intelligenceBriefings on the company, its people, its technology and its buying signals.
- OutreachPersonal, on-brand follow-up, timed to the moment interest is highest.
- Pipeline integrityNotes, stages and next steps kept current after every interaction.
- ProposalsQuotes and proposals assembled from your templates and the deal's context.
- ExpansionRenewal risk and expansion potential surfaced before anyone has to ask.
Customer operations that resolve.
Requests are resolved end to end, in the customer's language and on the channel they chose. Cases that need judgement reach your team already diagnosed, with the full history attached.
- TriageEvery request classified, prioritized and routed the moment it arrives.
- ResolutionRefunds, order changes and account fixes completed within your policies.
- Grounded answersResponses drawn from your documentation and resolved cases, never invented.
- Every channelLINE, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and web chat, handled as one service.
- EscalationA clear summary, likely cause and recommended fix passed to your team.
- InsightRecurring issues, root causes and documentation gaps reported each week.
Finance and people, continuously.
Document-heavy, rules-based work is where autonomy delivers most. The system reads, verifies, reconciles and prepares; your team keeps the final signature.
- PayablesInvoices extracted, validated and coded, whatever their format.
- ReconciliationPayments matched to bank feeds, with every exception explained.
- Expense controlReceipts checked against policy before they reach an approver.
- Candidate assessmentApplicants evaluated against the role, consistently and quickly.
- Interview coordinationCalendars aligned and preparation packs sent automatically.
- Onboarding and policyChecklists, documents and immediate answers to employee questions.
Operations that keep themselves moving.
Reporting, coordination and follow-up, the work that quietly consumes leadership's week, run continuously in the background, so attention goes to decisions rather than status.
- ReportingWeekly performance briefs with a clear, written account of what changed.
- Commitment trackingOwners and deadlines followed across every team and tool.
- Process executionMulti-step workflows carried through your systems, end to end.
- Content productionOn-brand campaign copy, email and social content, ready for review.
- Market monitoringCompetitor, pricing and industry developments summarized each morning.
- Data qualityRecords deduplicated, enriched and kept consistent at scale.
Across every function
The same standard of control.
Whatever a system runs, it operates under one consistent model of authority, oversight and record keeping.
Defined authority
Each system operates at an agreed level of autonomy, from approval on every action to running the function.
Scoped access
Permissions are granted per system and per action, never broader than the work requires.
Continuous evaluation
Performance is measured against real cases before release and monitored in production after it.
A complete record
Every input, decision and action is logged and attributable, ready for review or audit.
Where to start
Four functions most teams begin with.
Customer support on LINE
Resolve routine requests end to end in Thai and English, and hand the rest over with context.
Use caseAccounts payable and reconciliation
Read invoices, match payments, flag duplicates and prepare the close.
Use caseLead response and qualification
Reply to every enquiry in under a minute and keep the CRM current.
Use caseRecruitment screening and onboarding
Assess applicants with cited evidence, while people decide.

From the lab
Read the thinking behind the systems.
Autonomy is a dial, not a switch
Most conversations about AI ask whether to automate something. The better question is how much authority to grant, and how that authority is earned.
ArticleA day in an autonomous finance function
What does it look like when reconciliation, anomaly detection and the close run continuously, and people hold the final signature? An illustrative day, hour by hour.
ArticleWhy most agentic AI projects stall, and how to avoid it
Gartner expects more than 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027. The reasons are predictable, which means they are avoidable.
Questions
About the platform, answered.
What does the veli(Q Lab platform do?
It runs core business functions end to end with autonomous AI systems: revenue, customer operations, finance and people, and operations. Each system is designed around how the function really operates, connects to the software you already run and is held to the outcomes your leadership already measures.
Which business functions can it run?
Four. Revenue covers qualification, account intelligence, outreach, pipeline upkeep, proposals and expansion. Customer operations covers triage, resolution, grounded answers and escalation. Finance and people covers payables, reconciliation, expense control, candidate assessment and onboarding. Operations covers reporting, commitment tracking, process execution, content and data quality.
Which software does it connect to?
The systems your team already uses, including CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and veli(Q CRM, support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom, accounting and ERP systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP and NetSuite, and workspace tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion and Asana. Customer channels include LINE and email.
What do people still decide?
Anything sensitive. Examples include pricing, discounts and contract terms, refunds above your threshold, every payment and ledger posting, hiring decisions and offers, and the external publication of content. Systems propose and people decide, with authority extended level by level as results justify it.
How is each system measured?
On outcomes leaders already track. Revenue is measured on speed to lead, pipeline coverage and win rate. Customer operations on resolution time, resolution rate and satisfaction. Finance and people on days to close, cost per invoice and time to hire. Operations on capacity returned, on-time delivery and decision speed.
How long does it take to go live?
Most first systems move from mapping to production in three to six weeks, depending on the number of systems involved and the approvals required. See Security for how every action is controlled and recorded.
Your function is not listed?
If the work can be described, it can be designed.
Describe the process to Primues. It will outline what autonomy could take on and arrange a session with one of our architects.
