Multilingual AI automation

Autonomous AI that speaks your customers' language.

Replies in the customer's own language, on the channels they already use, with human approval on sensitive steps and data handling designed for GDPR, PDPA and DPDP from the first line rather than added later.

Why it matters

AI built for one default customer often disappoints everywhere else.

Much enterprise AI is designed around an English-speaking, email-first customer. Real customers send messages, switch languages mid-sentence and expect an instant reply. Six design choices close that gap.

_01_

Go where customers already are

Customers talk to businesses on WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, email and web chat. Our conversational layer sits natively on the channels you use, with one knowledge base and one hand-off behind them all.

_02_

Language is not only translation

Tone, politeness and mixed-language messages are part of the design. We define your brand voice in each language and test replies with native speakers, using real messages with slang and typos.

_03_

Do not forget the phone

The phone remains a primary channel for appointments, payments and support in many markets, and it is among the least automated. Voice agents with live hand-off to a person can be built as part of an engagement.

_04_

Data protection from the start

Scoped permissions, purpose limitation, retention rules and a complete record of every action make it far easier to meet obligations under laws such as the GDPR, the PDPA and the DPDP Act. See our security approach.

_05_

Authority you control

Systems begin at Level 2, where people approve every action, and advance through five levels only on evidence. Sensitive steps always pass through a person.

_06_

Fit the tools you use

We work inside the CRM, ERP, accounting software, inboxes and channels your teams already run, so nothing has to be replaced to begin.

Where to begin

Start with one function, then compound.

Customer operations

Messages, orders and appointments

Answer in the customer's language on messaging apps and other channels, update orders, book appointments and hand off to your people when judgement is needed. See the platform.

Finance

Reconciliation and collections

Match payments, chase overdue invoices and prepare approvals, with every step recorded for audit.

Revenue

Lead follow-up and CRM hygiene

Respond to enquiries quickly, qualify leads and keep records current inside veli(Q CRM or your own CRM.

Sectors we design for include retail, logistics, financial services, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and professional services. Explore industries. Weighing the options? Compare a messaging chatbot with an AI agent, or read how we design AI for multilingual customers.

Questions

What teams ask us first.

Which languages do your systems reply in?

Customer-facing systems reply in the language the customer uses, including English and most other major languages, and the mixes of two languages that people use in everyday chat. We define the tone and register for your brand in each language and test replies with native speakers before launch. We confirm the languages you need during mapping.

Which channels can the system work on?

The conversational layer sits on channels such as WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, email and web chat, with the same knowledge and the same hand-off to your people on each. Our concierge, Primues, is built as one layer across all of them. Which channels apply depends on your stack, and we confirm it during mapping.

How do you handle data protection laws?

Every deployment is designed to help you meet your obligations under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, Thailand's and Singapore's PDPA and India's DPDP Act, through data minimization, purpose limitation, scoped access, retention rules and a complete audit trail. This is general information, not legal advice, so please involve your own counsel. See our data protection and AI checklist.

What about phone calls?

The phone is still a primary channel in many markets and one of the least automated. We can build voice agents for natural calls in the languages you need, with live hand-off to a person, as part of an engagement. Tell us the use case and we will scope it.

How long does a first deployment take?

Most first systems move from mapping to production in three to six weeks, depending on the number of systems involved and the approvals required.

Which functions should we automate first?

Start where work is repetitive, high volume and well understood, such as customer messages, order and appointment handling, collections reminders, reconciliation or lead follow-up. We begin at Level 2, where people approve each action, and extend authority as measured results justify it.
